- Anonymization Step: Before sending any data to a third-party AI, Key Elements removes direct personal identifiers (e.g., names, contact details) to protect confidentiality.
- Third-Party Processing: The anonymized data is sent to the AI provider solely for the purpose of generating the report. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
- Vendor Policies: We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of our AI partners (e.g., Google's AI Privacy Policy) to understand how they process data.

- Raw Data: We retain your original uploaded data for as long as your account is active to allow for revisions, after which it is deleted or permanently anonymized.
- Generated Reports: We retain copies of generated reports for 5 years for your retrieval history.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information during transmission and storage. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to third-party AI APIs.
